Steeping Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon per cup. Pour boiling water (210º–212ºF / 98º–100ºC) over the tea and steep for 4–5 minutes. Enjoy a second infusion from the same leaves for a lighter, more delicate cup. Start with a small quantity and adjust to your preferred strength and taste.
